While playing WoW, Rift, and a multitude of other games I stumbled across Gun Bros (Chrome Store Link). I have it installed on my EEE Pad Transformer but honestly, I had never played it. I did however play it in my browser and wow, I am hooked. It is a lot of fun to play and the artwork is very cool (somewhat cartoony and over the top which is why I like it). It reminds of SMASH TV in that you have a bunch of enemies, which are a member of the evil group 'T.O.O.L.' and they come at you in waves.
There is a level up feature and you can buy updated weapons, armor, and power-ups. There is also an in-game "real money" store where you can purchase additional items. I haven't gone that route yet because the items that I can buy with the dropped money has kept me happy so far.
While I love the game, the experience isn't all roses. Every once in a while it seems that the game loses focus and you have to click outside of the game and then back in to keep going. The menus also seem a little laggy at times. However, like I said, I have only played the browser version so I can't speak as to how the Android version works.
I would have to say that I rate this an 8/10 as it is a good game to just sit down, shoot stuff, and have fun.
By the way, if anyone knows the artist for the game, I would love a few wallpapers of some of the characters from the loading screens :)
